Preparing the venues for our church family to gather and worship God together.

Activities

We arrange chairs, carry boxes, and set up the venue ready for church to worship in. And then we return the venues to the way that we found them!

How the team works

Generally, 2-3 people will meet at 1.15pm to set up ahead of the afternoon service. Then 6 other people will set down the 4pm service from about 6:15–7pm.

There’s training when you join the team and we have handy boxes and trolleys to help with the job.

We use the ChurchSuite app to manage the rota.

Typical commitment

Once a month before or after the church services.

Plus, optional support for occasional church events.

This team requires 40 people to function well, which is around 1 in 6 people at Globe, please consider joining if you feel able.
