Activities

On Sundays, the band meets before the service to practise the songs and prepare our hearts. In leading, we want to be passionate in worship, joyful in praise, genuine in response, and committed in encouraging one another – so that as others look at us, they are helped to do the same.

There may also be other gatherings where the team will help lead in singing (e.g. Globe Centrals, events, weekends away, etc.)

How the team works

We have regular team gatherings, where we workshop musical skills, try out new songs, pray, develop team relationships and look at the Bible.

These times are the driver behind all our activity, and the best place for new people to explore joining the team.

Typical Commitment

• Usually playing once every 3–4 weeks on a Sunday, meeting before the services for 1.5 hours of
  rehearsal.
• To attend team music mornings as much as possible (usually 4 a year).

You need to be a church member to serve on this team.
